My goal is to provide customers with the most delicious dessert they have ever eaten. It is hard to find a good cheesecake, even the big chain restaurants have questionable ingredients and additives, not to mention lacking the perfect texture and flavor combination. If you like those cheesecakes, you are going to be amazed and addicted to Sugar Mountain Cheesecakes.

I love cheesecakes because they are the epitome of the perfect dessert: not too sweet, creamy, fluffy texture, and come in limitless flavors. While I enjoyed the grocery store or restaurant options (the ones probably made far away in a big factory filled with strange ingredients) I wanted more. I spent years perfecting the complicated technique that goes into creating the perfect cheesecake. Friends and family have enjoyed my cheesecakes for years and encouraged me to share this delicious gift with the rest of Colorado.
I approach baking with extreme passion and dedication to perfection. Developing flavors, perfecting the process, and decorating with an eye for art and design truly get me out of bed in the morning. This love and passion was meant to be shared with you all. Enjoy!
